CINNAMON CARAMEL APPLES

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels, chips, water, cinnamon and vanilla. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 ½ minutes. Stir. Microwave 30-60 seconds longer or until caramels are melted and stir until smooth. Insert Popsicle sticks into apples; dip in caramel coating. Roll in nuts or other toppings as desired. Place on waxed paper until set.
Yield: 15 caramel apples
Note: 1 apple can serve 4 snackers when cut in quarters.
